10 ounces white chocolate melting wafers
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
½ cup S&J Honey Almond Butter
¼ tsp. vanilla extract
Freeze dried strawberries, crushed
- Line a 12 muffin tin with liners and set aside.
- Place the white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk and honey almond butter in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir for 15 seconds. Stir until smooth and add vanilla, stirring again to incorporate.
- Pour the fudge into the cups and press down to form. Garnish with crushed freeze dried strawberries. Try to move quickly as it tends to thicken fast.
- Place in refrigerator for approx. 45 minutes until firm.
