Our Freshness Guarantee

Thank You for purchasing a Stewart & Jasper quality product. Our mission is to “provide quality products and services, with a dedication to customer satisfaction and continual improvement in the way we do business.” It is our commitment that you enjoy our products at peak freshness. You can extend the shelf life of our almonds when kept in cool, dry conditions, and avoiding exposure to direct sunlight. Since almonds can readily absorb the flavors of other foods, we suggest you store them in an airtight container once opened. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our product, please contact our corporate office within 30 days of purchase, at 1-877-ALMOND-8.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Stewart & Jasper Orchards. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Stewart & Jasper Orchards contracts with UPS as our shipping partner.

We offer UPS 2nd Day Air®, UPS 3 Day Select®, UPS Next Day Air®, UPS® Ground as shipping options. Orders that qualify for current free shipping promotions will be shipped UPS® Ground.

Delivery time varies depending on the destination location. See the time-in-transit map provided by UPS to get an idea of how long your order will take to reach its destination found UPS® Ground transit. The time-in-transit map provides an approximation of your order’s time in transit. Time-in-transit can vary.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Address Confirmation
Please confirm your shipping address is correct and accurate before placing your order. Shipments returned due to undeliverable addresses, addressee having moved, or any other reason will result in the customer having to pay the shipping to arrange the redelivery of the order.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Stewart & Jasper Orchards is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
Stewart & Jasper Orchards is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your damaged order, please get in touch with the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Green Almonds Shipping Policy

Please be advised that Green Almond orders placed through our online store are subject to specific shipping guidelines to ensure the freshness and quality of the product upon delivery.

Due to the perishable nature of Green Almonds, which require refrigeration to maintain their freshness, orders shipped to locations outside of California must be dispatched via 2-Day or Next Day Air shipping methods. This is essential to preserve the quality of the product during transit.

We take great care in packaging Green Almond orders with a cold pack to maintain optimal temperature conditions. However, it’s important to note that this cold pack can only effectively keep the product cool for approximately two days.

Orders that are shipped with slower delivery options, exceeding the two-day timeframe, cannot be guaranteed to arrive fresh. We cannot be held responsible for any compromise in quality that may occur during transit if these shipping guidelines are not followed.
