You can extend the shelf life of our almonds when kept in cool, dry conditions, and avoiding exposure to direct sunlight. Since almonds can readily absorb the flavors of other foods, we suggest you store them in an airtight container once opened. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our product, please contact our corporate office within 30 days of purchase, at 1-877-ALMOND-8.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We offer UPS 2nd Day Air®, UPS 3 Day Select®, UPS Next Day Air®, UPS® Ground as shipping options. Orders that qualify for current free shipping promotions will be shipped UPS® Ground.
Delivery time varies depending on the destination location. See the time-in-transit map provided by UPS to get an idea of how long your order will take to reach its destination found UPS® Ground transit. The time-in-transit map provides an approximation of your order's time in transit. Time-in-transit can vary.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping Address Confirmation
Please confirm that your shipping address is correct and accurate before placing your order. Shipments returned due to undeliverable addresses, addressee having moved, or any other reason will result in the customer having to pay the shipping to arrange the redelivery of the order.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Stewart & Jasper Orchards is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Stewart & Jasper Orchards is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
