Almond Butter Snowdrops
These Almond Butter Snowdrops are an easy no-bake treat, perfect for holiday season baking. Highlighting our Vanilla Almond Butter and Roasted Almonds, these sweet mounds are an almond lover’s delight.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup S&J Roasted Almonds, chopped
- 1 ½ cup rice krispies cereal
- ¾ cup S&J Vanilla Almond Butter
- 1 lb. white chocolate
- 1 ½ cup mini marshmallows
- White crystal sprinkles for top
Instructions:
- Using a microwave safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in 30 second intervals until completely melted, about 3 minutes.
- While the chocolate is still warm, mix in the vanilla almond butter, cereal, marshmallows, and roasted almonds until well combined.
- Drop the mixture by 1-tablespoons onto wax paper or parchment paper and allow the cookies to cool completely before serving. You can also stick them in the freezer for quicker cooling time.
