Vanilla Almond Butter Fudge


10 ounces white chocolate melting wafers

1 cup sweetened condensed milk

½ cup S&J Vanilla Almond Butter

½ tsp. vanilla extract


  1. Line an 8×8” pan with parchment paper or foil, and set aside.
  2. Place the white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla almond butter in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir for 15 seconds. Stir until smooth and add vanilla, stirring again to incorporate.
  3. Pour the fudge into the lined pan and then smooth out with a spatula. Try to move quickly as it tends to thicken fast.
  4. Place in refrigerator for approx. 45 minutes before cutting squares.
  5. Enjoy!
