Broccoli Almond Salad

Fresh, crisp broccoli is tossed with sweet dried cranberries, smoky bacon, and crunchy sliced almonds for a perfect balance of flavors and textures. A light dressing sweetened with pure Sage Honey brings everything together, adding a delicate floral sweetness that complements the savory and tangy ingredients. This colorful salad is a refreshing side dish that’s ideal for picnics, potlucks, barbecues, or everyday meals.

Ingredients:

  • Dressing:
  • 3 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 ½ tbsp. Sage Honey
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ tsp. Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. Salt
  • Salad:
  • 8 cups Broccoli Florets
  • ½ cup Bacon; diced
  • ¼ cup Red Onion; diced
  • ½ cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1/3 cup Natural Sliced Almonds

Instructions:

  1. Starting with the dressing, in a medium bowl, add the apple cider vinegar, honey, mayonnaise, salt and black pepper and whisk together. Place in the refrigerator.
  2. Add the bacon to a skillet or in the oven, and cook until it is crispy. Dice once cool.
  3. In a large serving bowl, add the broccoli, cranberries, red onion, cooked bacon bits, and sliced almonds, and toss together.
  4. Pour the dressing over the top, and stir to coat all the ingredients well.  
  5. Place in the refrigerator to chill for at least an hour before serving.
  6. Enjoy!
