Broccoli Almond Salad

Fresh, crisp broccoli is tossed with sweet dried cranberries, smoky bacon, and crunchy sliced almonds for a perfect balance of flavors and textures. A light dressing sweetened with pure Sage Honey brings everything together, adding a delicate floral sweetness that complements the savory and tangy ingredients. This colorful salad is a refreshing side dish that’s ideal for picnics, potlucks, barbecues, or everyday meals.
Ingredients:
- Dressing:
- 3 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 ½ tbsp. Sage Honey
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ tsp. Pepper
- 1/8 tsp. Salt
- Salad:
- 8 cups Broccoli Florets
- ½ cup Bacon; diced
- ¼ cup Red Onion; diced
- ½ cup Dried Cranberries
- 1/3 cup Natural Sliced Almonds
Instructions:
- Starting with the dressing, in a medium bowl, add the apple cider vinegar, honey, mayonnaise, salt and black pepper and whisk together. Place in the refrigerator.
- Add the bacon to a skillet or in the oven, and cook until it is crispy. Dice once cool.
- In a large serving bowl, add the broccoli, cranberries, red onion, cooked bacon bits, and sliced almonds, and toss together.
- Pour the dressing over the top, and stir to coat all the ingredients well.
- Place in the refrigerator to chill for at least an hour before serving.
