Apricot Pepper Chicken

Juicy, grilled chicken glazed with a sweet-heat apricot pepper sauce that delivers bright stone-fruit flavor with a gentle kick of spice. The apricot replaces traditional orange glaze with a richer, slightly tangy sweetness that caramelizes beautifully, creating a glossy finish. Balanced with savory seasoning, this chicken is vibrant, flavorful, and perfect for pairing with roasted vegetables, fresh salads, or warm grains.

Ingredients:

  • 4 Chicken Breasts; diced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • ½ tsp Ginger Powder
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • ¾ cup Apricot Pepper Sauce
  • 1 cup Rice; cooked  

Instructions:

  1. Add olive oil to a medium non-stick skillet and heat chicken over medium-high heat.
  2. Add salt, garlic powder, onion powder, ginger powder, paprika, and pepper and cook chicken thoroughly.
  3. Once chicken is fully cooked, add ¾ cup Apricot Pepper Sauce and toss to coat.
  4. Serve over rice and garnish with green onions if desired.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
