Apricot Pepper Chicken

Ingredients:
- 4 Chicken Breasts; diced
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- ½ tsp Ginger Powder
- ½ tsp Paprika
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- ¾ cup Apricot Pepper Sauce
- 1 cup Rice; cooked
Instructions:
- Add olive oil to a medium non-stick skillet and heat chicken over medium-high heat.
- Add salt, garlic powder, onion powder, ginger powder, paprika, and pepper and cook chicken thoroughly.
- Once chicken is fully cooked, add ¾ cup Apricot Pepper Sauce and toss to coat.
- Serve over rice and garnish with green onions if desired.
