Bloody Mary Bruschetta

Creamy ricotta is generously spread over crisp toasted baguette slices before being topped with a bold, Bloody Mary-inspired tomato mixture featuring Worcestershire sauce, prepared horseradish, hot sauce, fresh lemon juice, diced tomatoes, pickles, fresh dill, and smoky bacon bits. Finished with a crunchy sprinkle of Jake’s Bloody Mary Almonds, this savory appetizer delivers the perfect balance of creamy, tangy, spicy, and smoky flavors in every bite. Perfect for brunch, happy hour, or game day, it’s a fresh twist on the classic cocktail in appetizer form.
Ingredients:
- 1 Baguette, sliced
- Olive oil for drizzling
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp Horseradish
- 1 tsp Hot Sauce
- ½ Lemon, juiced
- 4 Garden Tomatoes, diced
- ½ cup Pickles, chopped
- 2 tbsp Fresh Dill, chopped
- Bacon Bits, for topping
- Freshly Ground Pepper, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- ¼ cup Bloody Mary Almonds; chopped
- 1 ½ cups Ricotta Cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place sliced baguettes on a large, rimmed baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- In a medium bowl, add in diced tomatoes, pickles, fresh dill, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, hot sauce, and lemon juice. Toss to combine, and add in salt and pepper to taste. Let marinate in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
- On baguette slices, spread ricotta onto each. Top with tomato mixture, crumbled bacon bits and Bloody Mary almonds.
