Almond Butter Rice Crispy Bars

These irresistible Almond Butter Rice Crispy Bars combine crispy rice cereal with creamy vanilla almond butter and pure Sage Honey for a naturally sweet, chewy treat. Roasted diced almonds add a satisfying crunch and rich nutty flavor, while a decadent chocolate drizzle finishes each bar with the perfect touch of indulgence. Ingredients:
- 3 cups Puffed Rice Cereal
- ¾ cup Vanilla Almond Butter
- 1/3 cup Sage Honey
- 2 tbsp. Coconut Oil
- ¼ cup Roasted Diced Almonds
- ¼ cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions:
- Line a 8×8 or 9×9 baking pan with parchment paper.
- Add the puffed rice to a large mixing bowl and set aside.
- In a small saucepan, on low medium heat, warm the coconut oil until melted. Then add the almond butter and honey and continue to heat, whisking gently until well combined.
- Pour the warmed coconut oil, almond butter and honey mixture into the bowl with puffed rice, using a spoon or silicone spatula to mix gently.
- Transfer mixture to the baking pan and press gently until even.
- Sprinkle roasted diced almonds over the top.
- Melt the chocolate chips, and drizzle over the top as well.
- Place baking pan in freezer to allow the mixture to set.
- Once hardened, remove from the pan and cut into bars.
