I am the Processing Manager in charge of all production aspects of both almond kernel and almond Inshell Processing. Areas of responsibility include, (1) FSMA Food Safety, (2) Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement, (3) Maintenance, (4) Sanitation, (5) Purchasing, (6) Production Planning, (7) Employee Development and (8) Process line design.

What is your hometown?
 I grew up in three places, Guam, Oceanside Ca., and Anaheim Ca.

Natural Almond Butter

How long have you worked for Stewart & Jasper?
15 years.

Always the Processing Manager.

What do you do in your spare time?
Love spending time with my children and grandchildren. I love sports, golf, baseball and boxing.

Tell us about your family.
I have two sons and one daughter, all married to fabulous daughter and son in laws. From them, I have six beautiful grandchildren, 4 girls and 2 boys.

Three children are school teachers, one a financial advisor, one an IT manager and one who works in the banking industry. Very blessed to have all six.
