Apricot Donuts

These irresistible apricot donuts are soft, moist, and bursting with flavor—made with almond flour for a tender, nutty crumb that melts in your mouth. Each donut is swirled with golden apricot preserves, adding a sweet, tangy fruitiness in every bite. Baked to perfection and naturally gluten-free, they’re a delightful treat that feels indulgent but wholesome enough to enjoy any time of day.

Topping: 

  • Cinnamon Sugar

Instructions: 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a bowl mix all ingredients together, pour into a greased donut pan.
  3. Bake for 20-22 minutes. Let them cool slightly before popping them out of the pan.
  4. Carefully remove donuts from pan and dip in cinnamon sugar, while they are still warm.
  5. Enjoy them right away or store them in the fridge to harden.
