Apricot Donuts

These irresistible apricot donuts are soft, moist, and bursting with flavor—made with almond flour for a tender, nutty crumb that melts in your mouth. Each donut is swirled with golden apricot preserves, adding a sweet, tangy fruitiness in every bite. Baked to perfection and naturally gluten-free, they’re a delightful treat that feels indulgent but wholesome enough to enjoy any time of day.
Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs, whisked
- 1 cup Almond Flour*
- ¼ cup Apricot Preserves*
- 3 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
Topping:
- Cinnamon Sugar

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a bowl mix all ingredients together, pour into a greased donut pan.
- Bake for 20-22 minutes. Let them cool slightly before popping them out of the pan.
- Carefully remove donuts from pan and dip in cinnamon sugar, while they are still warm.
- Enjoy them right away or store them in the fridge to harden.
