Almond bloom takes place February and March.

Harvesting begins by mechancially shaking trees. Sweepers gather almonds into rows for easier pickup. After sweeping, the harvest in collected in field carts and ready for transport.

The newly harvested crop enters the precleaner as the first step of hulling. The outer hull of the almond is removed by the huller. The sheller removes the hard shell from the almond kernel and the hulls are stored for later use. At the sizer nuts are calibrated into various screen sizes.

State-of-the-art laser technology is used to ensure quality.

Quality is continually checked to meet or exceed USDA standards.

Almonds are then packed in 50lb. cartons or one ton fibers bins.
