Processing: Using state of the art equipment, a crew of well-trained sorters handpick every order, to meet and often exceed the customer’s specifications. During this process, our in-house quality control inspectors monitor processing output at regular intervals, to verify quality and consistency of every order. After final inspections, the sorted almonds are packed into 50 lb. cartons or 2200 lb. fiber bins, awaiting shipment to destinations worldwide.
