Meet our people:

Jim Jasper - Owner/Manager, is the son of founder, Lee Jasper. He has grown up in the business and has been involved on a full time, managerial basis since 1967.

He is often heard stating that, “a company is only as good as its people. If you surround yourself with committed and qualified people who share the same philosophy of business, you cannot help but succeed.”

Jim not only offers to his employees a pleasant and productive work environment, but also offers many opportunities for growth, both professionally and personally. Stewart & Jasper is a family owned and operated business and employees are made to feel like part of that family. Jim is an extremely busy man, but takes the time to stay in touch with his employees on a daily basis.

Jason Jasper - is the third generation Jasper to be involved in the business. He is the key player in the management of the Fruit Packing department. Among other things, he is responsible for the fruit sales, and is very busy with the development and merchandising of new retail products utilizing the company’s various fruit and nuts. Jason has a rich heritage to draw from as he gets more involved in the daily operation of the company.

Ray Henriques - Farm Manager, is an integral part of the operation. His responsibilities are many and varied. He must be sure that all aspects of the farming are done in a timely and proper manner. He stays in daily contact with Jim Jasper to keep him up to date on all farm activities.

Ray depends on Wes Asai, our crop consultant, as well as his Supervisors, Salvador Anaya, and Fernando Romero, to assist with keeping everything on the farm running smoothly.

Sherman Garner - General Manager of Plant Facilities, which entails a variety of responsibilities. He monitors closely all the activities at the Huller/Sheller, and the Processing/Packing departments. Sherman is vital to the operation and boasts a very capable crew of people to assist with the daily activities at the Plant. Key players are Rick Marcoux, Assistant Processing Manager, Robert Anaya, Eddie Samano, Santiago Higareda, and Shari Haynes all filling very important roles.

Marguerite Bradley - Marketing Director/Office Manager, is responsible for the almond and walnut sales efforts. She is assisted with the European sales by Jurgen Rott, and by a "second to none" office staff. She stays in touch on a daily basis with both the local growers we serve and the buyers around the world. It is imperative that we keep our finger on the pulse of the global market.

Our office staff - is a great team who works together in a pleasant environment and loves to greet our guests with the famous “Stewart & Jasper hospitality”. Donna Corgiat, Customer Relations, Mary Esteves, Human Resources Administrator, Natalie Clarot, Production Account Coordinator, Tania Jewell, Shipping Coordinator, Linda Wortman & Jennyfer Alamo, Marketing Assistants, Nancy Wilcox, Accounting Specialist, and Cathi Costanza, Data Processing.
